The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)- model has the consumer buy at the begging of the growing season, they invest in the farmer – who now has an influx of cashflow to invest into the garden. As the season flows so does an incredible assortment of local and the freshest produce on Southern Vancouver Island.

Approximately 700 farms in Cowichan valley some of which on (9,400 ha) or 23,000 acres of prime agricultural land. Agriculture Tourism, beverage industry, and alcohol such as wine, beer, cider, mead, and food manufacturing make F&B a major industry on Vancouver Island. jerichocafe.net goal is to broadcast and disseminate information about what we have on southern Vancouver Island.
